Freewriting Assignment 17. 7-25-12
Topic: Break From Our Lives
I'm a very fond believer that everybody needs a break from their everyday lives. If they don't, they will fall into a sad feeling. Over this summer, I have taken two trips, and I'm planning on one more before the new semester for school starts. I've been to Saint Louis and Jefferson City. I am planning on Branson soon. I will be taking my girlfriend to White Water, she hasen't been there before, and I'd like her to experience it. I couldn't imagine being stuck at my job and Springfield this entire summer without much to say about it. I would hate it. I am a fan of going places and taking a break from our daily lives. These trips do cost a decent amount of money, which is unfortunate, but I save up before we go. I don't buy a lot of things, which makes saving money much easier. The people I know that did stay here the entire summer, they regret it. Nothing feels different for them, nor were stories created for them in their life.
